Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey
In Feb. of 2013 I agreed to pay a monthly amount of $200,to satisfy an indebtedness of $2100. By Oct., I was unable to continue payments. The law firm is now requesting a judgment against me. What can I do?
