Forgery

How can i sue my now ex wife to get her to stop forging my signature to obtain credit cards. i left her in 1990 and we divorced in 2/99. she obtained several credit cards in 1997 under my name only, the state where she lives said to just live with it. i need to do something as it is still going on. she also has several addresses that i have never lived at under my name accoding to the credit agency. can't i file a lawsuit? i live in fla she in nj.

Your ex is committing fraud and that is a crime. Contact the credit card issuer, they may press charges or you can contact the local prosecutor yourself.
