Housing Lease
A friend & I signed a lease for an apartment in NJ Sept 1 2006.
I moved in she did not, Nor has she paid me anything toward the rent or the security which I paid in full as of this date 1/10/07. What can I do and where?

you are going tohave to sue her in the county where she resides. The small claims court is very helpful. Good luck.
