Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

Identity Theft?

During the closing of a will of which I questioned, I was informed by the executrix that she has in her possesion my birth certificate and other papers. This executrix has proven to be untrustwothy and dishonest on numerous ocassions. She informed of her having these papers in an effort to ''sway'' my actions to her liking. What can I do to have these papers returned? Again- I do not trust this person on any level.

Re: Identity Theft?

If you are talking about just some documents and you care about having them a letter from a lawyer

should straighten things out.

If you are concerned about something more substantial concerning the conduct of the executrix a lawsuit might be in order.

Call me if you like.
