Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

I would like to know what my options are. Myself and countless others have been lied to and misled by This school.. Although the brochure states the program "does not guarantee employment", All through-out the program the teachers, administrators, especially the job coordinator verbally promised us employment. We feel lied to and misled and were no better off than we started the program. The only thing we are now is thousands of dollars in debt. This problem is rampant among technical schools and it needs to be addressed to help future consumers. Please instruct me and what our options are at this point. I am speaking on behalf of myself and former students. Their are a countless number of them that would say the same thing i am stating.

You may have a viable cause of action against the school if you were induced to associate with or continue in the school based on false representations. The problem will be proving what the statements were if they were only verbal. Nevertheless, if you have multiple people who can corroborate your version of the facts, you may be able to prevail in a suit. Depending on how many people are affected, it may also be possible to sue collectively or as a class. If you want to dicuss the details of the statements that were made, call me.
