getting paid for a judgement i've won

i recently won a judgement against a man who was supposed to resurface my tub but got paid and job not done..

how do i now get my $ from him?? what can i do??

the amount is $469.00..i know his name, address and phone # he lives right near me actually.

HOW DO I ENFORCE THE JUDGEMENT AGAINST HIM????

You need to go to the sheriff's office in the county and get an execution form. you can most likely download the form from the court web site and then mail it to the sheriff with the appropriate fee. THe sheriff will then set up a sheriff sale fo all of the defendants assets.
