Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

I am a recruiter who was working with a client and had a dispute on owed fees on a particular placement. I signed a settlement and release of all claims on the contract. I now discovered that one of their employees went behind my back and hired a candidate that I submitted but this happened before I signed the release. However, that employee was fired because of violating company policy and other improper behavior. My belief is that this was intentionally and fraudulently concealed when I signed the release. Am I able to still sue them for this new claim based on a fraud theory?

That depends on the wording of the release. If you would like me to review the document, call next week.
