Restraining order

My girlfriends parents made my girlfriend sign a temp restraining order against me and we have court the 29th to see if its permanent or not. my girlfriend is 17 and i just turned 19. is it completly up to her parents whether or not the restraing order goes permanent or not or is it up to my girlfriend because we both agree that we do not want the restraing order to go permanent but her parents want it permanent.

Re: Restraining order

Well you should get an attorney to expose all of this. That is always my best suggestion in these cases. Even with an attorney, they can be very tough. In fact, they are some of the toughest cases to handle for an attorney. I handle many of these cases and would be happy to help you.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
