Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

Have talked to 2 lawyers allready regarding suing a county for obstruction of justice and violating victims rights.

Both lawyers have said it will take too much time and money. If no one does want to represent this case, any idea what the next step is? ACLU, Federal AG Eric Holder? Please we are desperately seeking justice that allowed a man with 20 counts to get probation, becuase the county didn't bother to find the victims. This is an injsutice that had obsessed my life, made me a broken man, and has me looking into counceling.....we are being told "you can't unring the bell", and we need to "get over it"....It has been quite a bitter pill to swallow.....any advice would be helpful.

There are some options. When OJ Simpson murdered his wife and her friend, he was found not guilty. Then, the family of the murder victim friend sued OJ Simpson, and got a multi million dollar judgment.

It is not as good as putting the criminal in jail, but it is better than letting him get away with it.

The family of OJ Simpson's murder victim have pushed very hard to make OJ Simpson's life as difficult as possible.

Call me, and let's see what we can do against the criminal who caused this hurt.

Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and let's get moving on this for you.

Please keep in mind that my response is just a general comment on your question, and not legal advice. Your question and any response does NOT create an attorney-client relationship between you and this law firm. The exact details of your situation and things that you have not mentioned in your question can completely change the answer to your question. You can not rely upon what I have written, because I do not have all of the formation that I need to advise you, I only have the very small amount of information that you put into your question. For me to give you any legal advice, I would need for you to hire me to be your lawyer, and then we would need to discuss this in detail and go over the documents.
