wrongfully charged

I was wrongfully charged a 25$ returned check fee by a company, can I sue for the 25$ and can I get the 25$ plus court filing costs?

You can sue in the Small Claims section of the Superior Court Of New Jersey for up to $3,000.00

so that you will not need to hire an attorney.
