What is a ORDER REINSTATING CASE AND ENTERING DEFAULT

The Order Reinstating Case means that a case that was "asleep", has been revived. The entry of default means, probably, that it was revived so that default judgment could be entered (probably against you). Default judgment means the plaintiff (the one suing) wins because the other side did not show up.
