Legal Question in Health Care Law in New Jersey
Can I sue a hospital in Small Claims count for my Lawyer fees of 5 thousand dollars?
I had to get an lawyer because our Bergen County NJ hospital put me into collections for something they did wrong. They finally change the coding to my operation so my insurance company can pay only because I got a lawyer but now I have no money to go on.
