Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

i am looking to buy a rental property (currently on h1-b). Can I transfer the ownership of that property to an LLC via quitclaim deed (The LLC will need to a new one with me as the owner)??

Hello:

Buying rental property on an H-1B may be a violation of your status as you essentially would be running a side business not authorized by your H-1B.
