Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Fiance Visa

My cousin got his wife from the

Nedherlands on a Fiance Visa. They

got married almost a year ago and he

still has not filled to change her

status to a permanent resident. She

has a nine months baby.

1- Can she be deported? will

immigration bother her at all?

2- What happens with her child if

she is deported?

Re: Fiance Visa

If she came in on a K-1 visa (the fiance visa) how much time did the immigration services give her to stay in this country?

Immigration can inquire of both of them (since he brought her into the country) they will want to know why after getting married they did not file the necessary paperwork to change his fiancee's status to lawful permanent resident?
