Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

I am on H-1 Visa. We are expecting a baby very soon. If the baby born in the U.S., will we be able to apply for a green card as the parent of US citizen baby. Or we have to go back to our home country when our visa expires?

Regards

Krishna

No, you will not be eligible for green cards as parents of a child born in USA. Yes, when your visas are expired you will have to go back to your home country, and a child will likely be a dual citizen (of US and your native country).
