Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Hi,

I am on H1b visa. I was married to a US Citizen for 1 year (2012-2013) and then her boy-friend came back into her life. She decided not to support me for any document to get me a green card and so we have filled a divorce. I got separated.

After 2 years I got married to a non immigrant.

Q: Is there any rule or law that can help me get a green card?

Note: I read online few blogs based on that I got this concern.

Your view and answers are appreciated.

You may be able to obtain U.S. legal permanent residence if a U.S. employer petitions you or your spouse for a greencard through labor certification, but it is a long process. Otherwise, you cannot gain lawful permanent residence just because you were previously married to a U.S. citizen.
