You need to consult your lawyer (who assisted with H1B extension) and establish the reasons why the extension was denied, what is the problem?

After that is established, you shall work with either your current or a new lawyer on solving this matter. This question can't be answered on this forum without seeing your documentation, petitions, denial letter, etc.

I would additional more information regarding your particular case before I could comment on it properly.

However, what I can say is that as you know each year has a cap and once it is reached your only other option is to file for MTR or try re-filing for the extension.

You did not state in your e-mail the grounds on which you were denied, why?
