i have a green card application pending . everything else was approved including my familily petition but my reajustment of status which is the green card. they said my file was at waiver unit for final review.i'v been dragged through courts and interviews for the past 4 years. last time i had an interview they said my file was being sent to waiver unit and that i was going to get an answer within 180 days i havent heard from these guys in over a year now. i did everything from having my wife's congressman send them a letter to find out whats going on to getting an info pass to go see them without any result.and my lawyer stinks. all she cares about is money and her kids and vacation!! please help!!

You should consult with another attorney who may be able to contact the waiver department directly on your behalf. The first step is to attend an infopass appointment, but if the application has been pending for over one year, then you should continue to follow-up with the office handling your case.
