You have not provided enough information to answer your question. Where is you mother now? Who is sponsoring her for a visa? Additionally, in order to respond an attonrey will need to know your mother's immigration history.

If you would like to discuss the process and requirements further, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.

Re: Immigration Visa

It may not depending on what her immigrant visa is based upon among several other factors. There is definitely a lot more information needed to give you a definitive answer. If you and your mother are able to speak to an attorney that would probably be best so he/she can ask the necessary questions. You can also contact my office to set up an appointment.
