Question regarding last Name in H1B Form

Hello sir,

In my passport i dont have lastname. Just given name i.e khaja HAMMADUDDIN. No surname. Can i fill the HI B visa form without the last name.

Appreciate your help

When the immigration service requests a last name, then you should provide your last name. It appears that you may need to have your passport corrected to have your full name entered therein.
