IP law in Bermuda

I have been asked to sign a non disclosure agreement with a Bermuda company, using Bermuda law. What are the main considerations whether to sign such an NDA or not based on the jurisdiction?

Re: IP law in Bermuda

You need to retain an attorney to actually review the proposed agreement, so that your attorney can properly advise you as to the language which should be included, or not included.

Generally speaking, if all the parties will be doing the work in a location, and/or are physically located in that location, it can make sense to agree to use that location's law in the choice of law and/or venue clauses of an agreement.

You do not provide enough facts to determine whether or not the use of Bermuda law is appropriate.
