Legal Question in Intellectual Property in New Jersey

Saying Marlboro on my website

I have a website that informs consumer where to find cheap cigarettes. I do not sell the actual product. Is it legal to say name brands of cigarettes like Marlboro and Salem on my webpage?

I also have pictures I took of a Marlboro box & other brands on my website is that legal or is that a trademark copyright infridgement?

Re: Saying Marlboro on my website

Your acts MAY be illegal, contrary to common sense in the days of Ebay, because there are laws governing the sale of cigarettes and (like the terrorist suspects in Michigan), people are often caught out by aiding and abetting those selling black market (tax free) cigarettes.

I wouldn't take the risk, if I were you.
