Legal Question in International Law in New Jersey

to whom it may concern,

I was scammed a couple of years ago trying to get a loan online I was told by the bank of Nigeria they would help me.. I was nieve and stupid and did not resarch them I was desperate, and believed them, I sent them wire transfers time and time again and finally I realized they were never going to send me my money is there any way to recover my money. I saved all the wire transfers
