Legal Question in International Law in New Jersey

Somebody wrote false information about me on blog. when i call to to google to delete the blog,they said that i should have court notice.

I am in Asia,Can I put the case in USA?

Google is referring to the fact that they will provide the information needed to identify the blogger only if you have a subpoena that compels them to do that. It protects them from other legal problems. To get a subpoena issued, a private person must have a case in court. So, if it is important enough to you to file a suit, the first question is in which State to file the suit. Before I can help you with that, I would either have to know where the blogger is located or have some other information about the offending material. If you can provide some information on where to find the offending blog, I might be able to help further.
