what happens when you have burgluary charges and theft and still have to go to court, but recently have gotten arrested for possesion and loitering, will i be on probation or be going to jamesburg for 2 years or???????

You seem to understand that getting arrested while awaiting your court hearing on the first charges weakened your position relative to making a good deal to avoid a custodial sentence. You could still get probation, but your situation is not what it was.

You have to have an attorney now but you seem to not be happy with him or her. That worries me. Nothing anyone says here can really help you. Its time to get a good attorney.
