Re: Draw agreements

A "draw agreement" is typically a component of a salesperson commission agreement.

The details of any "draw agreement" will depend on other factors (ie is there a base salary?, how is the commission calculated?)thus, the "draw agreement" should be drafted to meet the specifics of your commission plan.

Since it appears that you have not retained an attorney, you may want to contact a Labor Law attorney that focuses on employee compensation issues (either me or someone else) to discuss your matter in more detail. Spending a few dollars now can save you from a lot of headaches later!
