Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

Going on a federal court mandated mediation for an employment lawsuit that include, sex discrimination, gender discrimination, wrongful termination, ada disability and withholding overtime. What is a reasonable settlement amount?

Don't take this the wrong way, but how would anyone be able to tell you that? Your lawyer should be able to do that for you.

I hope that you are not doing this without a lawyer. If so, reconsider. If not, ask your lawyer to discuss his/her negotiating strategy.
