after i gave birth to my daughter, i was suppose to go back to work in six weeks, then my boss said that she can only put me in the schedule only as needed.

This appears to be a violation of the The Pregnancy Act and the NJ Laws Against Discrimination. The first thing you should do is send your employer a written protest letter. If they do not respond or you do not like their response, file a formal written complaint/letter with the person designated by your employer to handle workplace discrimination issues. If all fails then see an attorney before you file a complaint with the EEOC.

When you have recovered from your pregnancy you should permitted to return to work to the same extent as persons with other disabilities or illnesses.
