Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey
So far there is no law that I know of
What kind of employer can send a married man off on a trip and put him in the same hotel room with an unmarried single female employee and the man's wife at home cant legally be upset? There is no law to protect the spouse at home and there should be!

You can legally be upset. There is nothing stopping that. Depending on your facts, you may have an alienation of affection lawsuit against the employer. Has there been adultery?
