sexual discrimination, earrings

the company i work for states in its dress code that women are allowed to wear earrings that are smaller than the size of a quarter. however, men are only allowed one stud total. is this sexual discrimination?

Possibly. It depends on the type of work that women and men do in the job and also the issue of the type of workplace enviorment the bosses are trying to foster.
