Wording of a contract

One of the clauses in a contract I had signed states ''...and where Employee's duties would be performed, in whole or part, in the area within 75 miles of any office of (company) to which employee had been assigned for the one-year period prior to termination''. I was not employed for a full year and I am wondering if this makes the clause void?

Without knowing more information, it is difficult to say. Based on the information provided, it sounds like you have a covenant not to compete with your current employer and you want to know if it is enforceable.
