work and salary until H1B stamped
Hi,

I was hired by a firm which sponsored my H1B as well in 2005 July. I was informed that my H1B approval was received and that I could start to work for the company until my B1 visa would be changed with the H1B. I was sent to a client as a consultant and was promised to get my salaries until October - H1B visa change date - as a sign up bonus. I worked on the project and the client was billed for my time of 3.5 months. In October I got my H1B stamped on my passport, but later I was not paid of this 3 and half month salary that was promised. The company recruited me and incurred revenue of me for 3 and half month but did not pay me for that. I have papers that prove my situation, do I have the legal rights to sue them? How can I claim my rights?

PS. I have left the company and working for a more proffessional company on a new visa and all was done very accurately.
