ive been in my apartment for 3 months now and my neighbor chaim smoke alot. my 4 year old daughter has a lot of medical problems. how do i resolve this matter?

Advise the landlord that you are being denied an habitable environment in violation of your lease and that failing his correction of this proble you will terminate the lease, for cause.
