Can a new landlord force me to get rid of my dog after the old landlord said it was ok. The new landlord took over in September of 2009 and everyone in the complex just received the rules of the complex and it states no dogs or cats. We received this notice last Friday.

A landlord can make reasonable changes in the rules and regulations. There is case law to the effect that prohibition of pets where they have been allowed before is unreasonable unless the landlord can show something else.
