Can a new landlord force me to get rid of my dog after the old landlord said it was ok. The new landlord took over in September of 2009 and everyone in the complex just received the rules of the complex and it states no dogs or cats. We received this notice last Friday.

So, you stand a good chance of winning an eviction suit if it comes to that. ¶ See also: http://info.corbettlaw.net/lawguru.htm
