if i pay my rent and late fees and not the lawyer fees be fore my court can the still put me out

Yes if your lease contains a term that makes the landlord's costs of enforcing the lease "additional rent". In that case, the attorney fees have to be paid or waived by the landlord or you can be evicted. Such clauses are so common that arguably an NJ residential lease is defective if it does not contain one. The landlord has no incentive to waive the fees because then, the landlord will have to pay them.
