Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

I am a tenant living on the 3rd floor of a home in new jersey that is in foreclosure. The 1st and 2nd floor is vacant, now the bank wants to change the locks on those floors as well as the front door. Is that legal? They say they will give me a key, but I will be moving in three months. Can I ask them to wait til I move because I do not feel safe knowing people can enter the home at anytime. I feel this is violating my privacy. Please help I do not know what to say about this. Thank you.
