car
my husband has been missing for a month, i have made a report with the police, his sister, who is not in talking terms with me has our car which is under my husband's name but insurance is under my name and my husband. how can i get the car back, i dont wish for her to have it since she is not helping with the search of my husband.

who owns the car? that is the person who is entitled to have it.
