Legal Question in Legal Ethics in New Jersey

is there anything i could do legal? i do not speak to a member of my family for the past 1-1/2yr's now i am getting constant emails on my work email address and it is jepordizing my job. please tell me what i can do. i did ask for them to stop but they won't. i am in new jersey and their being sent from georgia. that's where this person lives. it's my sister and her husband.

If the e-mails are being sent to your employer provided e-mail address, the simplest solution may require you to ask your employer to block the sender. There is, however, a caveat: ge prepared for any problems that make arise if you routinely use your employer provided e-mail address for personal matters that may violate your employer's e-mail and internet policy.
