Legal Question in Legal Ethics in New Jersey

Property deed change

My father in law took the deed to our condo (which was in my name only) and had his sons (my husband) added to it without my knowledge and without me present at his lawyers. Isn't there something wrong with this? Who is at fault more, the lawyer for doing it or my father in law? Is there any action I can take on either?

Everyone involved bears some blame here if it is as you descried.

See a lawyer before your equity interest in the property is impaired or lost.
