Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in New Jersey

My attorney missed my court date. When I called his office he was not available and his secretary told me that he was supposedly never notified, although he knew that I obviously had another court date as I had recently applied for PTI. He was also with me when I received the paperwork for the missed court date. I have also already paid him a 45 hundred dollar retainer fee. Would I be able to get a refund or at least a partial one on the retainer?

Jason Kessler Law Offices of Jason B. Kessler, P.C.

Did anything bad happen to you at the court date? Anything irreversible?

It seems that this attorney had a scheduling mishap. If there is no damage I would give this attorney another chance to show up in court. If there was an irreversible error I would press this attorney for a quantum merit refund.
