Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in New Jersey

I need a lawyer to help me re-open a case that was dismissed 6 years ago. I have a Brain Injury and my father passed away when my case was going to pre-trial. I only wanted to die after he passed, I was sole care-giver to a man who suffered with cancer for 30 years. My former counsel only protected the defendants in the case because of money and politics. I was hit by a drunk driver that was trying to get my attention all night. The police helped him leave the scene before they even took statements they put him in a cab with his beer. His father is a mega-millionaire with political connections. My former counsel told me they couldn't find the father. i just found him. He co-signed for the car and his mega company paid the lease. Please help me find justice. I am permentally disabled.

You cannot reopen a case. Do you think you have a legal malpractice case? Do you have documents. I need to speak to youi to make such a determination. Call on Monday. Who is the attorney and what county?

It is possible that you might be able to pursue an action if your case was handled improperly. We'd need additional information in order to evaluate your potential claim. Please feel free to contact me or any of my partners at the Blume Goldfaden Firm via the profile information provided on this site. We look forward to speaking with you, and will assist you in any way we can.
