Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey
i was experiencing servere stomach pains for almost two weeks. I went to the er the doctors took a cat scan on me and told me i had an urine tract infection and prescribed me antibiotics. one two days later i still in servere pain and went to a different hospital where they took an ultrasound and foud out i had gallstones so large i had surgery to remove my gallblatter. now i home for 6 weeks missing my summer college class i already paid for and cannot get reimbursed. Do i have a case?
