I would like to know if you settled a medical malpractice claim and signed papers that you would not come after the defendant, but are still experiencing problems can you reopen the case.

Re: medical malpractice claim

This question should have been addressed at the time you signed the papers.

If you have a question about what you signed, you need to discuss this question with the attorney who represented you before seeking a second opinion.
