Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

medical malpractice

I went to the emergency room with severe abdominal pain. I was diagnosed with appendicitis and had my appendix removed. While in surgery, the surgeon saw a meckles diverticulum and remove 6 inches of my intestine. I recovered and went home a week later. 3 weeks later, I went to the hospital again with stomach pain and I had a blockage. I spent 3 weeks in the hospital & no one could figure out why I was in in pain still. It turns out, after a simple urine test urged by my general practitioner, that I have porphyoria. I never needed my appendix out. And I never needed my small intestine operated on. There is a lot more behind this story and I would like to speak to someone about this. Please contact me via e-mail. Thank You.
