Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

Im a psychiatrist who is been suit by family of a suicide case. The case is in process of trial or settle? Im not sure what to do. If I settle, is the amount related with surcharge of my premium?

You must address this question to the attorney handling your case.

One of your questions for him should be whether he has any conflict of interest.

If you have any reason to question his advice in this matter, you need to hire an independent attorney.
