do i have a case?
my husband was in a accident and was injured. he has back, neck and head injuries. he has a lawyer working on his case. i heard that i could also sue for pain and suffering. my husband lost his license before he got in the accident, so after the accident i had to take him to all his doctors appts., even if he had his license the doctors told him he could not drive due to all the medications he is on and because of his concussion, so i would have to drive him around anyway. also we have been unable to perform in the bedrrom due to the accident, we've tried but are unable to because of his injuries. it is also killing the both of us inside because we have 2 boys(ages8,5) that were affected, they are so upset about daddy not being able to play with them like he used to. can i sue for pain and suffering? if so i would appreiciate it if you could give me referrals?

Yes, you do have a case. Your case (and that of your children) is a case for "loss of consortium" which basically means loss of the services previously provided by your husband. Generally the same attorney can handle all 2-4 of the cases.

You have your own claim for loss of the love and affection and for the services that you are performng. You need a seperate count in the complaint for that. My firm does that kind or work.
