Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

do we have a case

My wife injured her finger on a chair in a resturant. The cushion and the frame of the chair seperated when she tried to pull in the chair as she sat down. Her fingernail got caught

between the hard bottom of the cushion and the frame of the chair.

her nail was ripped from her finger and she needed 2 stitches. the exray of her finger shows a fracture of the tip. do you think she has a case?

she may. Is she missing time from work? How has this affected her life; was it reported to the restaurant?

Do you have photos? Was something wrong with the chair?

You may have claim against the restaurant and/or the manufacturer/retailer of the seat. I'd be happy to discuss this matter further with you.
