Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

Elevator Incident - Do we have a case ?

My coworkers and I were on an elevator that fell approximately 10 stories and came to an abrupt stop. Some passengers fell to the floor as a result of the sudden drop. We were then stuck in the elevator for over an hour.

My co-worker and I both sprained our backs and have been seeking medical attention. Do we have a case ?

It sounds to me that you may have a case against the building owner or perhaps the elevator manufacturer. It depends on if negligence can be found against someone. If you would like to discuss the matter further, please call me at 732-286-2170

There is no doubt a potential case here for both cases against the owner or the premises and a worker's compensation case. I would suggest that you and your co-workers contact an attorney at your earliest convenience to discuss this case. We have considerable experience in this area and would be happy to discuss with you. Please call at 800-34 NJ LAW
