Was there insurance on the other driver's vehicle?

and why would you believe that the state should pay you when you fall into the river? was there something wrong with the roadway? or something else wrong that the state did? or failed to do?

I have no opinion on whether you have a claim against the state.

LOL Do you have your own insurance? For the future check the operator's insurance coverage before you get in a cor or on a bike.

Thank you for your inquiry. I would need some additional information to assess the potential for various claims; including what state this occurred in, and whether you have any type of insurance which provides for underinsured claims. Please feel free to contact me or any of my partners at the Blume Goldfaden Firm via the profile information provided on this site. We look forward to speaking with you, and will assist you in any way we can.
