Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

how had a situation with a mechnical company did not put my car back together. i ended up getting injured and never able to go back to work again. it's almost two years and its almost time for my lawyer to file. i do i know if my lawyer is asking for the right amount and what to expext if the company tries to settle with me. this is the very first accident that i have ever been in i don't know what to expect. my family has suffered so much because i was the bread winner and we have suffered finacially, we even had to move out of state. what should i do? my lawyer answers all of my questions but i really need to be sure of what i'm doing. someone please give me some advice.

The Value of Your case depends on many factors. Including your age, marital status, how much you earned per year.

In addition, depending upon the amount of insurance the mechanic's garage had there may be a limit as far as insurance coverage that may limit your recovery if the Defendant does not have any assets or little assets of value.

You should have confidence in your attorney. Make sure that he has handled other cases like yours and that he has hired an Economist to testify (if necessary) regarding your losses from not being able to work.
